How to Apply to Private Moodist Hospital?
➥ In our hospital, all outpatient services, except for the emergency service unit, work with patient acceptance by appointment.
➥ You can make an appointment by calling our call center at 0216 912 17 00.
➥ You can also fill out the “Request an Appointment” form on our website.
➥ Polyclinics are open between 08:30 and 21:00.
➥ Our guests who cannot come during working hours can make an appointment at our polyclinics that are open after 18:00.

Registration Procedures;
General Registration of Patients Applying for Examination:
➥ If it is the patient's first visit, the patient's identity document is taken and the patient is registered by the patient registration and admission officer. Information such as name, surname, Turkish ID number, gender, date of birth, open address and one telephone number, which must be entered into the automation program, are recorded. After this information is entered into the hospital program, the patient is given a file and protocol number.
➥ If it is not the patient's first visit, registration is opened only by verifying identity.
The price of the service to be received is declared and collected.
Online Appointment Acceptance
Our hospital accepts online appointments. Our patients who request an appointment online can tell us which communication channels they would like to make an appointment with.
Before the call, they must pay the service fee by obtaining account number information from our call center.
Before the online interview starts, our assistants will call you to start your interview.
Doctor After Examination, Analysis and Consultation Requests;
After the doctor informs our patient about the applications to be applied, the patient is directed to the cashier again. After registration and collection for the new service, you will be directed to the relevant units.
After all procedures are completed, the assistants will schedule your next appointment as planned by your doctor.
Repeat appointments in the psychiatric outpatient clinic are not a control.
You can leave a note by calling our call center or our assistants when you want to consult the physician about the treatment process until the next appointment.
At the end of working hours, your doctors (except in emergencies) will return to you at the number you have left for contact.
The date and time information of the appointments you have made will be sent to you via sms. Your appointment is confirmed by the call center 1 day before the appointment. You are requested to inform us at least 1 day in advance that you will not attend the appointment. New appointments are not created for our patients who do not attend more than 3 consecutive appointments (unless there is a valid reason).

Collection Procedures of Contracted Institution Patients
The patient's identity card and, if necessary, the contracted institution card of the patient are taken by the patient registration and acceptance staff and compared with the identity card. Photocopies of the insurance card and identity card are taken.
- The insurance card and ID card are kept at the relevant counter until the examination is completed. After the examination, authorization is obtained from the insurance company with the form filled out by the doctor. The patient is kept waiting until the authorization is received.
- In cases where the patient comes from contracted institutions but the insurance does not cover the patient's procedure, the patient's insurance card is discounted and the collection is taken from the patient.
