1. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Objective;

As Private Moodist Hospital; We aim to plan, execute, control and continuously improve in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Turkey, the Ministry of Health and international quality standards, as well as to keep the safety and satisfaction of our patients and employees at the highest level by prioritizing patient, employee and facility safety.

As Quality Management Directorate;

  • Establishment, control and follow-up of a managerial structure to ensure the planning, execution, coordination and continuity of quality improvement activities in line with legal regulations, institutional policies, goals and objectives
  • Ensuring the organization of management review, council, committee and other relevant quality meetings, taking minutes and submitting reports
  • Organization and follow-up of studies to measure patient and employee satisfaction
  • Creation, approval, publication, revision and follow-up of all documents to be used in Moodist Hospital
  • Ensuring effective reporting and follow-up of unwanted event notifications
  • Organizing and conducting self-assessments, reporting the results and ensuring that identified nonconformities are addressed
  • Identification, collection, monitoring, analysis and reporting of quality indicator data
  • Organization and follow-up of Ministry of Health data
  • Ensuring that the operation of the quality management system is carried out effectively and efficiently

2. OUR QUALITY POLICY

  • By keeping the mission and vision values of our institution in the forefront; To continue our activities to follow the innovations with the developing technology and to develop ourselves as an institution in this direction, to reach the highest point in care service and to provide health services in accordance with the standards in every service provided.
  • To provide multidisciplinary medical care services in all diagnosis, diagnosis and treatment services provided by our hospital, patient and employee-oriented, creating a safe environment, in accordance with standards with a multidisciplinary approach, open to continuous development and improvement studies, aiming to respond to all training needs of patients and patient relatives with an institutional language and to provide multidisciplinary medical care services to achieve the best in the treatment process.
  • To follow technological innovations and scientific developments and to provide care to our patients with suggestions and applications.
  • To provide quality health care services by following the standards and current guidelines and to provide our employees with a dynamic team in the field that constantly iterates itself in accordance with the standards and to provide a space for continuous improvement of care services.
  • To operate in accordance with the regulations in occupational health and safety services, to provide measures to protect patient and employee safety at the highest level and to provide a reliable working environment.
  • To comply with the annual training plans made continuously within the organization, to encourage employees to participate in trainings, to reflect the training activities within the organization in the field by supporting certification and external training activities.
  • To ensure the best service procurement process by exhibiting a solution-oriented professional approach to all negative situations that may occur in all services provided by our patient rights unit in our hospital.
  • To follow up the wishes, suggestions and complaints of employees, to ensure joint work with employee representatives and unit managers and to continue the necessary improvement work activities in the face of problems.
  • To implement all necessary measures related to the information security management system and KVKK, and to ensure that necessary measures are taken against risks.
