Moodist Hospital Emergency Department and Floor Doctor, Dr. Zehra Emine DULKADIR graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine (Capa) in 2013. After working as a general practitioner at Gulagac Community Health Centre for a while, she worked as a Research Assistant Doctor at the Psychiatry Department of Firat University between 2013-2017 and received training.
