Psychologist Neslihan Turan was born in Artvin. She graduated from Okan University, Department of Psychology.
She graduated from university in 2013 after completing his undergraduate education half-term early. She took part in various studies and promotions during his undergraduate education. She took an active part in the promotion days of universities every year and provided guidance and consultancy services. She also took elective “Psychodrama” training between 2011-2013. She completed her undergraduate education internships at Erenkoy Psychiatric Hospital, Bakirkoy Psychiatric Hospital, Bahriye Ucok Kindergarten, NP Istanbul Neuropsychiatry Hospital.
In 2013, she worked with children who have developmental problems at a special education and rehabilitation centre periodically and provided counselling to families.
Between 2014-2016, at a private Psychological Counselling Centre, she worked with children and families to conduct assessment sessions for children and adolescents who are developing normally or differently, to assist in the creation of educational programs, to ensure the kindergarten/primary school integration of children with autism, to increase their social skills, and to organize special education programs.
She took WISC-R, Child Development Tests (Bender-Gestalt Visual Motor Test, AGTE, DENVER, FROSTIG, Goodenough Intelligence Test, GESELL, Burdon Attention Test, Metropolitan School Readiness Test, PEABODY, Porteus Labyrinths, CATELL TEST), MMPI test educations. She is also receiving Rorschach training from Rorschach and Projective Tests Association.
After her postgraduate thesis that she wrote on depression and trait anxiety, she is serving at Moodist Hospital since 2016 with cognitive behavioural therapy and schema therapy.
